Completion time varies depending on the design and your stitching competence. Generally, simpler designs may take a few days dependant on competence, while more detailed ones could take several days.

Yes! We use Appleton pure wools, which are colorfast and
designed to maintain their vibrancy for years to come.

Absolutely. If you need more wool or other materials, just let us know, and we’ll help you with replacements. However, we supply the appropriate amount of wool for each of our contemporary embroidery kits, and a little extra just in case

Turning your cross stitch masterpiece into cushion couldn’t be easier. Decide your backing material, we usually select a dominant colour from the design, stitch the backing fabric to your finished piece (the front), add a side zip, pack with feathers and add a decorative edging to the cushion. Alternatively, you can also frame completed pieces too!

To keep your finished piece looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, and, if needed, gently spot-clean with a mild detergent.
